Mrs. Fatma Al Mansour has over 26 years of seasoned, thorough experience in Banking and Financial Services covering Relationship and Product Management, Strategic Alliances and General Management within highly competitive organizations, industries and markets. She has held positions as MD of Business Development Dubai Group, Head of Consumer Banking at Noor Islamic Bank, Head of Branch Banking at ADCB and 14 years of experience at Citibank. She has a B.A. in Business Administration from Al Ain University and a postgraduate degree in Finance.

Abbas has 15 years of diversified experience within the retail/consumer banking business in both conventional and Islamic banking. Prior to his present role he was the Head of Islamic Banking (Retail) for RBS in the UAE. He was also the Head of Institutional Clients with Dubai Islamic Bank UAE and prior to that he was with ABN Amro in Pakistan, where he worked in various roles such as Head of Distribution, Head of Wealth Management, and Regional Consumer Banking Head. He has an MBA from the University of Wales UK and is a certified trainer in leadership strategies. He is also an external subject matter expert with Banker’s Academy, New York.

Amin has over fifteen years of diversified experience in leading various financial functions including planning, budgeting, treasury, accounting, investments and risk management. He is an expert in developing financial systems, policies and procedures.

Mr. Al Nowais has 7 years of banking experience and rapidly progressed through management positions at National Bank of Abu Dhabi. At Reem Finance, Mr. Ahmed organizes credit policy for both formula driven products and corporate risk. He studied Political Science and Management at NYIT, USA.

Mr. Baker has 10 years of experience with International audit firms and banks. Prior to joining Reem Finance he gained 2 years of banking experience at Arab Bank (Jordan), 4 years with Deloitte as Senior External Auditor and 4 years with National Bank of Abu Dhabi as Senior Internal Auditor. Mr. Baker is qualified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) under the California Board of Accountancy (USA) and holds a BA degree in Accounting from Al Ahliyaah Amman University, Jordan.

Mr. Marfani has over 20 years of diversified experience and is an expert in retail conventional and Islamic banking. Before joining Reem Finance, Mr. Asif was Noor Islamic Bank’s Credit Initiation Head for retail and SME products, prior to which he was the Senior Country Operations Officer at Citibank Bahrain and a member of the Senior Management Committee.

Mr. Marfani has an MBA from Preston University USA, Pakistan Campus and a Credit Management Certificate from EIBFS and Hong Kong Institute of Bankers as well.
