- Car Registration Book (for used cars) or customs certificate
- The company’s Article of Association & amendments ( if any)
- Car Registration Book(for used cars) or Customs Book
- Commercial License
- Certificate of Commercial Registration
- Authorized Signatory for the authorized persons
- Import License(If Any)
- Last three years audited balance sheets
- Bank statements (minimum last six months)
- Statement of cash flow
- Valid Passport Copy(With valid Visa for expats) of all partners
