Sales Administrative officer

Job Responsibilities

  • Evaluate & verify customer data using software programs such as Finn one
  • Thoroughly study / scrutinize all papers / documents received under the credit proposal. Determine adequacy of details and documents
  • Communicate with Sales and Credit Officer regarding covenant exceptions
  • Evaluating the fresh applications according to credit policy guidelines, ensuring strict adherence to credit approval processes.
  • Assessing Central Bank System to evaluate customers status
Qualification & Experience
  • 2 years Experience
  • Higher Diploma
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Investigative and Financial analytical mind
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Excellent inter-personal skills, with the ability to deal with all levels of staff
  • Ability to use initiative and be pro-active
  • Well disciplined and self-motivated
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Confident approach
